Can someone tell me, is the NASCAR Nation FB group a spin off group to counter Billy's group?

Billy's group is a Nascar modeling gourp. Ryan Boyd's Nascar group is a counter to Billy's sand box. I know there is a Nascar group that was started to replace the Nascar discussion that used to be part of the Randy's boards, but i have no idea what it is called. Don't want to know. lol

Im not a world class builder, never claimed to be. Build one at a time in my leisure time, never assembly line. Some good modelers on all those boards and easy to communicate with while others dont care about advice, etc.

Nascar Model Car Nation which is my group is not a spin-off of Billy's, I made mine after another group I was in did'nt allow Earnhardt builds. All are welcome there..

I'm in NASCAR Model Car Nation as well, I just recently joined because of a friend. Some of the builders on there are amateurs and probably don't know about this site. I've never had an issue on there and mostly(everyone)I've dealt with was really appreciative of any info or help. I actually just met a fellow builder and he and I are going to do a group build in about 2 weeks, he has helped me and I have helped him, I mean isn't that the point of all these forums?
