With the Roush Fusion almost done, and my second kit arriving yesterday I decided to get a jump on it right away. I learned alot from the first build and will do better on this one. I didnt adjust the ride height on my first build and will be doing that on this one. I also plan on adding some plumbing details to the engine and interior. I also plan on redoing the seat to make it look more accurate. For now, started on the chassis, getting ready for primer and paint. Now I know why I couldnt order another one from Free Time, they're out again, cause they sent you your 56 you ordered.  , that's funny though, when I talked to the store on Tuesday, they got 24 kits in, 12 of those were mine, so since Tuesday, they sold out of those 12 kits, I know it sucks for you, but I am glad that the kits are selling. |

After googling some pics, I really like the livery, the colours pop. Should be fun to paint. When I order my third one, probably be in another month...got too many projects on the go as it is right now. I think I'll go for one of the #14 cars, either the Rush Truck Center car or the Cars 3 car. When the Chevy comes out, that'll be a no brainer, #88 Mountain Dew car, that livery is great, and I happen to like Mountain Dew!! Now to figure out the right colours for the #17. |

Either way, I'm holding off on ordering any more kits, I have so many projects on the go I need to finish some of them off before starting more. I'll do this Fusion up over the next couple weeks then back to trying to clear the bench off. Hopefully by then the Chevy's will be shipping and I'll do a couple of those and with any luck, maybe Revell will do some Toyotas as well. So what 12 liveries are you going to do on your Fusions? |

Ok, I updated the WiP title to include the car I'll be doing. I ordered decals from Stoney for it. Thanks Jason. And since its a dreary, cold windy day here I think I'll head down to the dungeon and get some more work done on this beast. So here's a shot of the livery, any suggestions on paint would be appreciated. I looks like Stoney's decals have the yellow and light blue stripes covered its just the dark blue and orange I need to source out.  |

Yeah, that sounds right, when I talked to owner on Tuesday, it sounded like they had yet to unpack the stores 12, they had just got back from Nationals in Omaha. Oh geez, the first one will be Harv's , the 41 Monster, Blaney's 21, Brad's Miller, I want to do all the Mobil SHR cars( I know Stoney has them) , that is just to get started. I dont even want to think about the Chevy's at this point, I need more money is all I can say. |
