Click the "Insert Image" button at the top of editor box, then paste the link to your pic in the "Image URL" field, then click the "Insert Image" button.

Fixed it for ya. Don't know why it was all screwy like that. Next time, just use the format [ img]link[ /img] just take the spaces out from within the brackets.
