Was listening to Fast Talk this evening on PRN and they were talking about Nascar is thinking about putting mufflers on the race cars to draw the younger crowd. What next.  |

I read that too. Dumb idea for any reason!! so it will happen.
I am not against change. I like the segment racing and the new point system, but that?
Look at the new engine formula in F1 with the lower noise level they have had for 4 years I think and the fans have booed that change and they are now trying to make the engines louder. Go figure and listen NASCAR (pun intended)

 Thought this was telling, from an "old timer" I think it's worth a shot, i mean everyone was up in arms about the change to EFI, and you can't tell a difference, then the "HP Reduction" a couple years ago, again Difference in my opinion. And I thought I read Everyone was going to stop watching because of the Segmented races... I'm still watching |
