Stumbled across this at Ollies, they also carry it at Lowe's:     Color is "Classic Royal Blue." Has that purplish hue which is in my opinion a close enough match. I think we have a winner! That looks pretty darn close to me! |

Can you spray the Valspar blue on a white spoon and take a picture of it next to the Testors blue that was on the aircraft?
Get a good side-by-side comparison.
