I hate doing this, but for some reason I find Blue the hardest paint to match. Mikes placement sheet suggests "Royal Blue" as the color. Any help guys?

TS15 Blue or TS44 Brilliant Blue? May be too light, not sure.

Brilliant Blue might be too light and Blue might be too dark.

No blue on the sheet to match. I have that sheet on the way too. Cars are not painted anymore. All cars are wrapped. Quicker process to remove and rewrap than to paint. Will try to find out the correct color.

Will try to find out the correct color. I get that about wraps, but unfortunately I don't have a "wrap" guy. I guess I should have been a little clearer that when looking for a match, It doesn't have to be exact, just close enough. I might look at Tamiya TS 93 Pure Blue as a middle ground. Still looking for suggestions

Brilliant Blue over a grey primer maybe?

Brilliant Blue over a grey primer maybe? That's an option I might also try. Rather not use enamels, but Testors Dark Blue Spray is fairly close

Still looking for suggestions I know you were looking for paint color name. What I meant is I texted the shop to see if I can get the blue color name. I am on vacation and most of the shop is too. Still waiting on a reply. I want number to wrap company and I will contact them.

Tamiya TS-51 racing blue? That's metallic, to my knowledge the car was a solid blue. Though "others" may think there's a pearl coat to it like they do most cars...SMH

It is definitely not pearl or metallic. That is for sure.

Just got off the phone with ProCal, the company that does the wraps for CGR. The color is called 'Reflex Blue' from their computer color program called 'Panton' He said he could not give me a Sherwin William auto color number (paint sponsor for CGR) because the color was generated from their computer program.
After all that, back to square one for the color.
Testors Dark Blue Spray looks good to me from the picture above.
