It is truly amazing how Nascar reacts to what it's racers say. Tony says it is unsafe to let cars whip around the track with missing lug nuts and Nascar gives him a fine and then has the balls to say we will now enforce the lug nut rule again. Nascar is a goofy as watching a football bounce around, wondering where it will go next.
