Thats a nice collection you have. Whats next the magnums? Where did you get the 78 chevy. I've had Richard's Magnum built for a long time, but I might update it and build Kyle's when The new Powerslide sheets come out. My next few are some Almirola builds with decals from Stoney and Slot car fever, and the. Rebuilding my 1980 Richard reverse paint Caprice. I built it long ago, before my modeling skills were decent and before good decals were available. For the Monte Carlo bodies, the one used for Richards car was from Kdog/Bandit resins, and the Kyle car was a body from eBay.

Sorry to drag this older thread up, but do you know what color the engine and chassis would be for Kyle's all red STP Monte Carlo would be? I'm starting that build now and haven't bought paint yet, not sure what to get. Thanks

Thanks I’m not sure where I remember the discussion taking place that narrowed the original owner of the all-red car down to just a few possible choices, but it seemed as if it was a regular medium red inside and out. It definitely wasn’t fluorescent, and it wasn’t a very dark red. I’d imagine a red like Testors #1203would be fine.
