This is interesting, as xpedx only ran on the rear deck lid three times in 06, and possibly three in 07. Not in 05 at all, that I recall (although it's been 10 years ago). I'm a graphic designer for xpedx (now Veritiv) and worked closely with New Page for those select events. I'll have to dig out my old paperwork and make sure my memory is correct.

Maybe if I could read I might not sound like such a fool. "05 driven by Rusty... and by Kurt in 06." Makes more sense when you actually read the details.
