I guess I don't pay enough attention to what Mike Harmon drives lately... so I was a little surprised to see him in a Dodge at Daytona. Since Dodge "left NASCAR" over two years ago, I can only assume they're still within specs for 2015. That's a little hard to understand, when cars today are easily made obsolete with rules package changes and tech advancements.

Can anyone school me on this?

Cars are allowed 2 years after they are updated. Some trucks still run the old Silverado bodystyle on some tracks. Basically comes down to it only being the low budget teams.
	Being honest either pisses people off or hurts their feelings, and I find that hilarious.
