Well I hope to make some progress this weekend on this 1991 Jeff Gordon Penrose Oldsmobile. This is my third custom the other two turned out like crap mostly due to the horrible decals I got from Platto's Place. I guess I should not of done my first two with decals that covered the entire car because none of them fit the die-cast there were exposed areas all over the car. Anyways I hope to post more pic's in the next week of this one getting done. I use a red primer since the gloss is a bright red I read somewhere that would make the gloss stand out. Thanks to everyone on this forum I have learned a lot and hope to become as good as you guys.

They are water slide decals I bought from someone on ebay for $15.00 I just got done with the yellow paint on the bottom and this weekend I will be doing the gloss red paint on the rest of the car then the decals. I am taking my time because I do not want to mess this one up I hope it will be a center piece in my collection.

His user ID on ebay is jerbeck1118 I have no idea who he is I only bought from him this once. He said he has a lot more decals that I need and he sells them for $15 which I think is cheap. And unlike platto's he said his decals are made to fit 1/24 scale Die-cast cars which is what I needed.
