What are everyone's thoughts on this?
I like David, so I think this is fantastic for him. He has done and awesome job in the 18, just has had some bad luck. I like Vickers and all, but I don't see him back in the 55 period. Too many health issues to keep getting sub drivers. The fact he is in a contract year doesn't help his case either. I just hope CSX ends up moving over to MWR with Ragan.

In all actuality it was the best move for both parties. Maybe it will end up successful for both MWR and Ragan.

Personally was hoping Hamlin would get hurt, and JGR manages to borrow Biffle and put him in the 11, so good ole Joe Gibbs would have the complete Roush driver lineup from 2007.

I agree 100% with Jason. I think Vickers is done racing. I would love to see Ragan get a win before Boyer.

I agree with Reyst. Denny Hamlin is my least favorite driver in the history of NASCAR. Wish Gibbs would boot him to make room for Jones next year, then Denny could move over to MWR and fall out of the spotlight due to inadequate equipment. Not likely. I think there is a slim chance that a seat could become available at MWR for Jones so that JGR can pull him back over when they have an open slot.
All in all I don't see Ragan in that seat beyond this season. It's too bad because I think he has the talent to win a couple, but not in those cars. I'm a big fan of Clint Bowyer. Wish he could land somewhere else.

It's interesting to me. Front Row must be making some money too, to keep giving up Ragan. I've been pulling for him though, seems like a good guy. Speaking of good guys, met Harvick yesterday at a store opening- was impressed with how personable he is.

Ragan had a clause in his FRM contract that he could leave at will if a better opportunity came along so I doubt FRM gets anything out of the deal.
