I'm not a fan of his but hopefully Nascar will have steps in place as it does for those who fail drug test for a second chance...

I have yet to figure out how they decided to suspend him when the ruling was the opinion of the judge that something may have happened. How's it gonna look if no criminal charges are filed against him? And yet batshit crazy lady still has her Nascar hard card and stated to Fox News that more abuse is happening in Nascar. What kind of agenda does she really have?

Couldn't agree more. Think he's always had some issues but don't get this. Surprised they did that with no charges filed yet. Gotta love what mainstream media can do...

Welp motorsport.com is reporting his appeal was denied, and now Kurt goes to the final appellate this evening. He wasn't kidding when he said this bitch was an assassin, damn near ended his career

Final appeal was also denied. Kurt suspended and Kyle with a broken leg and fractured foot. Not a good Daytona for the Busch brothers.

Not a good start for NASCAR. Kurt is guilty and to proven innocent. And that is wrong. He has not been charged with anything. It looks like he will not even be able drive a Indy car. Maybe he can go where ever Mayfield went and drive there? As for Kyle I never really understood why cup drivers would risk getting hurt driving in the other series when they have so much riding on Sunday?

If it turns out to be false allegations, I hope Kurt sues the crap outta Nascar.

Was announced he will not be charged. He def got the shaft by NASCAR. Will be interesting to see what his "Road to Recovery" crap consists of and if the allow him to be Chase eligible like injured drivers have been.

Definitely. Guess it would be different If he got locked up then found not guilty. Just typical of nowadays. Media controls so much. Has ruined some of NASCAR for me. I'll keep up but I can't get into it like I once did.

Shouldn't Brian France be suspended indefinitely then considering his deal with his ex wife?

I think I disagree with most of you. I really have no stake in this as I neither dislike or pull for Kurt. I do think NASCAR was right to take this action. Kurt has had several instances over the years where his behavior was called into question. He lost 2 rides because of this. With the recent similar issues in other sports, things like this can have a major affect on the reputation and image of the sport. NASCAR has an obligation to protect itself here. They can't risk their image to protect the career of one driver. Especially a driver that has been tied to so much controversy over the years. I can say that I do feel bad for Kurt because I do think he is innocent, but I cannot put anything on NASCAR here. They are giving him a path to make his way back into the sport just as they have with several others. It's up to him to keep his nose clean now, even if that means staying away from crazy bitches.
