What do you all recommend for splitter braces for an '09 COT?

And any thoughts on why Rustoleum Fluorescent Yellow would give me fits when shooting the first light coat? Black specks, wasn't fluorescent in all areas. Had to strip it down to the plastic again.

Maybe metal wire? You can bend it easy and cut. Just have to get the right gage. I also thought about using straight pens? I have not had to craft any yet.

May give tht a shot. Appreciate it. Search the other site and they'd suggested paper clips, twist ties etc...not sure what's best. While on the topic you have a glue you recommend? I hate to get it all painted and then have a glue that leaves that white residue and messes up the build
