Was hoping someone could with the color of Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s 2007 BGN #8 Menards car?  Also, what color grey is a good choice for doing the chassis, roll cage and such. Thanks, Billy |

I would use Tamiya TS 96 fluorescent orange, and use SEM multimax chassis grey. The tamiya fluorescent has to have the base layer painted whit tamiya pure white tho.

To add to the above it will take a minimum of 3 coats and probably more like 4 to 5 to achieve that color. The first 1 to 2 coats will look pink.

Hi guys,
Thanks for your input on the color to use and tip for putting on over a base coat of the Pure White.
A question on the SEM Multimax Chassis Grey, does it on come in aerosol? If so, can it be decanted and sprayed through an airbrush?

You can also use Testor's Gloss Gull Gray for the chassis. I have used that color for chassis for years.
