..... seeing bowman88fan's very pretty build of AMT's Tommy Ivo fuel dragster kit, I thought I would post my attempt at the same kit

I replaced the kit engine with a blown and injected 427 SOHC Ford (quite a few racers used the Ford engine in the late '60's) ..... the "cammer" engine came from a Model King Comet kit, the blower from a Polar Lights funny car kit, and the injector from a Revell funny car kit ...... the wiring, boots, and hardware came from Pro Tech ...... the paint is Cobracolors Sunset Orange Metallic, and the decals came from Polar Lights
