Okay guys I’m building a 1998 Dale Sr Daytona 500 car, and I’ve talked to a few people and I know I need to use a paint pen but does anyone have any suggestions on what brand and type of paint pen I should use and does anyone have a great technique to painting the black on the windows so I don’t fudge them up.

If I want to be lazy, I am going to echo what Reyst said. That is what I do 99% of the time for all my builds ( none NASCAR) that don't include window masking.
Dont use a regular Shapie, use the Chisel tip ones , works so much better.

I’ve had luck using both sharpies, as long as the marker is “newer”, the tip should be sharp enough to use.

I’ve had luck using both sharpies, as long as the marker is “newer”, the tip should be sharp enough to use. Yes, both work great, the chisel is wider thus less passes are needed to get complete coverage. |
