This one's for you Brandon, since you love Fantasy builds so much.
This was a Die Hard Chevy Super Truck I did about 20yrs ago, it was ok, but the paint was a little on the rough side so it laid in a box never finished. So I dunked in the CSC bath for a weekend and started with a clean slate.
Paint is Scale Finishes flat black basecoat with Powerslide's Jimmie Johnson's Kobalt scheme from 2016. The fit is actually pretty good but I do have a few voids to fill. Hoping to get the rest of the decals done tonight, along with the Hot Wheels Fusion as well.
My only issue at this stage is I dont have any decals for the lights/grills. I could buy a sheet but I'd hate to butcher up a decal sheet for just the lights and grills so if anyone has the artwork for these trucks and could print up a small sheet with enough light/grill details to do a 3 or 4 trucks I'd be willing to buy. I picked up a couple more of these recently with no decals so I'll be doing a few more Fantasy schemes in the coming weeks. For now a couple shots of where I got to last night.
